He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pudoka and Emma Pudoka; his daughter Karen Keller; and his siblings, David Pudoka, Marcella Kozy (Paul) and Elizabeth Bellman (Hank).

He is survived by: his wife Faye; his sons, Rick (Lisa) and Michael Pudoka (Mia); his granddaughters, Lisa Boucher (Brian), Kimberly Marshall (Trevor), Kathryn (Fiance' Jacob), Emma and Maura; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Gabriel, Dominic, Charlotte and Henry; his son-in-law David Keller; and his sister-in-law Rose Pudoka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
