Delatte (Mills); her children, Rika D. Mills, Nikia D. Harris (Keith), Kevin Andrews (Barbara) of Florida, Charlotte Andrews, Karon Porter, Sha, Penwell, Lorraine Broch and Carlissa Andrews; her grandchildren, David E. Andrews, Marzell D.
