She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Dworzak and Ann Elizabeth Dworzak (Blaschke); her brothers, Marvin Dworak (Nancy) and David Dworzak; and her children, Lori Vieltorf and Thomas Vieltorf.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Vieltorf; her children, Lisa Zuder (Greg) and Stephen Vieltorf (Becky); her siblings, Betty Donovan and James Dworzak (Jim); and her grandchildren, Lauren Kil, Hailey Vieltorf and Meghan Vieltorf.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital, the Alzheimer Association or other of giver's choice.
