She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ralph and Mary Murhl Smith (Wolfe); her husband Godfrey; her daughter Pamela Averill; her daughter-in-law Cindy Wotring; and her brother Roy D. Smith.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Burbridge, Jr. (Jennifer), Daniel Wotring (Tennille), Charles Wotring (Shelly), Kimberly Thomas (Bron), Jason Ritenour (Lisa), Jaime Whitacre (Herb), Jeremy Ritenour (Vanessa), Janet Short (Dana) and Kimberly Sparks; her siblings-in-law, Betty Smith, Dale Wotring (Joann) and Glen Wotring (Genny); and her son-in-law Tom Averill. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren.
