He is survived by: his wife Linda Phillips; his children, Shanda Nagle (Mark), Erica Sodee (David), Shane Keefer (Stephanie) and Amanda Keefer (Jerrid Prisk); his grandchildren, Beric, Morgan, Bradley, Ian, Brent, Breanna, Jacob, Harrison and Nash; his siblings, Patricia Dunn (Paul) and Matt Keefer (Carla); and his pets, Violet and Pugsley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mark's name to Cleveland Clinic Hospice Care.
