She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Hazlett and Alice Butler Hazlett; and her brother William R. Hazlett. She is survived by: her children, Charles D. (Laurel) of Pennsylvania, Robert W. (Marceil) of Colorado and Patricia of Akron; her grandchildren, Lee, Ben, Bill, Alice, Ted and Andy; and her great grandchildren, Angus, Rosemary, Charles, Olive, Cooper and Levi. She is also survived by her children, sister-in-law and grandchildren.
