She was predeceased by: her father Alvin C. Brightman; and her children, Margaret (Clair) and Robert. She is survived by: her daughter Claire Whitmer (Robert Steiner); her grandson Marc Steiner (Christine); her great grandchildren, Colin and Charlotte; her granddaughters, Katie Koenig (Max), Mary Whitmer and Dorothy Whitmer (Randall Johnson); her great grandchildren, Regan Bergmark (Brian), Kara Wegermann (Zachary) and Charles Whitmer (Laurie); and also, Blaise, Axel, Everett, Ingrid, Ilsa, Grant and Shannon.
