She was predeceased by: her husband Paul G. Simmons; her parents, Orvin Seesdorf and Catherine Seesdorf; her son Charles G. Simmons; and her siblings, George H. Seesdorf, Kathryn Wolfsberger and Dorothea Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan K. O'Connell (Ray); and her grandchildren, Kate Duinkerken, Kristin Vazquez, Paul A. Simmons and Melissa Ason. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, four nieces and a nephew.
