She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Jane Perkins and Donald Charles Howes. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Watts (Robert); her granddaughter Hailey Watts; her sibling Sharlyn Stafford; her nephew Chuck Fisher (Bridget); her great-nieces, Donnie Fisher and Melody Stafford; and her friend Danny Fisher. She is also survived by 2 grandnephews; as well as multiple cousins.
