She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosey Irene Bell and John Ray Bell; and her former husband Jack Raymond Lowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Scott A. Lowe and Nicholas R. Lowe; her husband Charles William Baker, Jr. of Virginia; and her siblings, Shirley C. Strader, David, Ron and Kene. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of or in addition to flowers, her family asks for donations to be made out to Scott and Nick Lowe to help cover her funeral expenses.
