He is survived by: his close friend Jenny Benson; his siblings, Tom Hooks (Cindy), Mark Hooks, Paula Haben (Brad), Susan Kirkland (Dave) and Nancy Springford (Darin); and his sister-in-law Sandi Hooks. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
