She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Crouch and Mary Crouch; her husband Darrell; her son John; and her brothers, William and Wayne Crouch.
She is survived by: her son Andrew Mize (Deanna) of Bradley, IL; her grandchildren, Katie, Brooklyn Mize and Joshua Mize; her siblings, Mary Jane Crouch and Richard Crouch; her sister-in-law Nancy Crouch; her nephews, Delvin Pickett (Elaine) and Chad Crouch; her great-niece Alliya Pickett; her great-nephews, Bryce and Zachary Pickett; and her cousin Jean Fogg (Ronnie).
