She is survived by: her mother Wanda Terry; her sons, Christopher Terry of Canton and Jacob Terry (Lexi) of Wellsville, Ohio; her siblings, Timothy Terry (Susan) of Canton and Linda Ingraham (Jeff) of Green, Ohio; and her caregiver Steve Sanders. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
