She was predeceased by: her parents, Verling Rugh and Lucille Rugh; and her sisters, Elizabeth Watts and Mary Sedoris. She is survived by: her children, Anne Karis, Thomas (Cheryl) and Mary Beth; her grandchildren, Scott Lyon (Katie), Emily Karis Robinson (Aaron), David Lyon and Ashley Lawson (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Owen, Avery, Piper, Dahlia, Lincoln, Asher, Marlowe, Azalea and Charlotte Karis.
