She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert A. Zimmerman and Catherine T. Zimmerman (Workman); her husband John W. Kemerer; and her sister-in-law Sandy Kemerer (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Zackary A. Kemerer and Taylor Lyn Kemerer; her sister Cathy Nahacky (Bob); her uncle Bob; her aunt Dorothy Zimmerman; her friend Lizzie Schmidt; her close friend Martin Caspersen; her nieces and nephews, Stephen Nahacky (Jen), Katie Nahacky, Erin Zwilling (Michael), Sara Kemerer, Jenny Lusk (Roger) and Julie Purinton (Jeff); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Kemerer and Joyce Maddox (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Schermesser Funeral Home (600 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, OH 44319). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the East Liberty Cemetery (740 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Uniontown, OH 44685).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to local animal shelters, ASPCA (http://www.aspca.org) or the charity of your choice.
