In loving memory of Judith B. Carter-Schaefer (Akron, Ohio), who departed this world on June 12, 2024 at the age of 84. Judith B. leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Carter and Helen Carter; her niece Alicia Carter; and her nephew Douglas Knoll. She is survived by: her significant other Paul Robert Schaefer; her brother David Carter (Nancy); her nieces and nephews, Barbie Knoll (Jay), Madison Carter, Dan Carter (Laura), Andrew Carter, Grayson Carter and David Lee Carter; and her close friends, Gerry Mills, Ruth Barzachinni, Robin Gollner and Judy Holleran. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in memory of Judy, to the charity of your choice.
