She was predeceased by: her son Baby Boy Adam; and her parents, Jack Chase and Fran Chase. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her sons, Marc (Felicia) and Matt Adam (Dani); her grandchildren, Rylee, Marc, Holly, Chloe, Emma, Aiden, Taylor, Evan and Maddy; her siblings, Karen Stokich (Dick) and Jackie Hoover (Bill); her siblings-in-law, Paula Adam and Ken Adam (Judy); her nieces and nephews, Tami (Tim), Denise (Stacy), Zac (Julie), Tim (Erin), Jeff, Darren McGlaughlin, Shawn (Natalie), Lindsay (Christian) and Steve 'Pudge'; and her friends, France, England, Spain and Mexico. She is also survived by her sisters, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
