She is survived by: her siblings, George Carter and Peggy Lou Carter; her sons, John Baldwin of Alpena, Michigan and Larry (Karen Baldwin) of Suffield, Ohio; her stepchildren, Michael (Susan Drennan) and Brynette (Brad Birmingham); her grandchildren, Larry Baldwin Jr. and Veronica Nicely; and her great grandchildren, Sheldon and Skylar.
