He is survived by: his wife Kay (Allensworth); his sons, Joseph R., James (Shelly) and Jeffrey (Melissa); his grandchildren, Michael, Nichole (Jack), Stevie (Michael Scritchfield), Nicholas and Liberty; his great grandchildren, Gemma and Miles; his siblings, Daniel, Robert (Kelly), Patricia Hogue (Kenny) and Thomas (Cathy); and his brother-in-law Michael Allensworth (Valerie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
