He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Pangburn; his former wife Shirley; his son Michael; and his sisters, Betty, Barbara and Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his sons, William (Debbie), Mark (Susan), Donald (Karen) and Charles (Susan); and his stepchildren, Gary Hemminger (Ann) and Cheryl Gruic (Mark). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
