He is survived by: his wife Sharol Hogue; his children, Nicole McCarty (Lloyd), Constance Bozeman, Jessica Martin (Christopher) and Stacy Konzelman; his grandchildren, Alexandria Putman, Tyler Futo, Jade Showalter, Hope Johnson, Lucas Wagner, Wyatt Kirt, Kyla Archer, Waylon Kirt, Ermerson Martin, Zoey Konzelman and Vivian Porter; and his sisters, Christine Miller and Rose Angel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Haven of Rest Ministries in Joe's memory.
