He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bard and Edna Bard. He is survived by: his children, James, Joseph, Stacie Boyer (Donald) and Heather Sykora (Ben); his siblings, David, John, Mary, Kathy and Margaret; and his grandson Brandon.
