He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Becker and Mary Becker (Karason); his sister Margaret Becker; his sister-in-law Lynn Becker; and his son-in-law Scott Landauer.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Becker; his children, John Becker (Nichole), Mary Landauer, Joseph Becker (Dana) and Jane Mann (Patrick) of The Woodlands, Texas.; his grandchildren, Ian, Sam, Nicholas Becker, Morgan Botha (Gavin), Jacki Palmer (Ethan), Michelle, Shannon, Robyn Landauer, Jane, Joshua, Joseph Becker, Autumn, Evan and Ava Mann; his great grandchildren, Brook, Raynoe Botha, Amelia and James Palmer; and his siblings, Alfred (Dorothy), David, Chris (Stacey) and Christine (David). He is also survived by his four children, fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
