He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vargo and Helen Vargo (Doxey); his wife Judy Vargo; his parents-in-law, Howard and Hazel Hawk; his siblings, Joe Vargo (Joanie) and Mary Henley (Ray); his siblings-in-law, Joan Vargo, Jack Coulter and Richard Hawk; and his niece Evie Marie Henley.
He is survived by: his children, James Vargo, Linda Hennis (Steve) and Lori Hoxworth (Guy); his grandchildren, Steven, Spencer, Jake, Josh Hennis, Brandon, Tyler and Madison Hoxworth; his siblings, George Vargo and Evelyn Coulter; his siblings-in-law, Gary Hawk (Cathi), Dave Hawk (Debbie) and Alice Hawk; and his adoptive son Rick Brake (Vicki). He is also survived by Papa who spoiled his seven grandchildren.
