It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Prochaska (Akron, Ohio), born in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Prochaska; his pet Rocky; and his son John. He is survived by: his mother Julia Prochaska; his brothers, Robert and Richard Prochaska; his children, Tiffany (Mario), Samantha (Chad), Katherine (Aaron) and Joseph (Cassandra); and his grandchildren, Vincent, Jane, Dexter, Alexander, August and Ari.

Flower arrangements are entrusted to Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Rd, Akron, OH 44321, and will be donated after the funeral to Bath Manor.
