He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda (Harris); his mother Joy Chadwick (Ernie); and his brother-in-law Ted Vaughn. He is survived by: his father Richard Lewis; his children, Candace Kim-Knox (James Knox), Arianne Lipinski (James), Matthew Lewis (Katherine) and Jonathan Lewis (Ericka); his grandchildren, James, Hayden, Landon, Lucas, Carter, Cameron, Nathan, Gavin, Braxton and Kaysen; and his sisters, Dianne Vaughn, Tina Chadwick (Mark McDougal), Lisa Parks (Terry), Debbie Genovese (Dave) and Karen Lyons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
