He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; and his parents, Paul Tobias and Emily Tobias. He is survived by: his siblings, S. Marine Corps, Galen (Peggy), Jeannie, Beverly (Ron) and Janet; his sons, Rick (Peggy) and Mike (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jody (Kevin), Katie (Ryan), Stephanie (Joshua), Sarah (Kyle) and Rachel (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Molly, Ava, Mya, Pierce and Demetrius. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eastwood Church of the Brethren.
