He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crumrine and Leona Crumrine (Scheatzle); his brother Frank Crumrine; his parents-in-law, Bill Stout and Wilma Walton; his brother-in-law Tom Stout; and his half-sister Lynne Crumrine.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Stout; his daughters, Julie and Jessica Crumrine; his grandchildren, Jaz and Declan; his sister Carol Horoschak (Burke); his stepmother Connie Hoover; his half-sister Pat Standingdeer (Shan); his siblings-in-law, Dean Stout and Stephanie Tracy (Dick); his nieces and nephews, LeeAnn Coffman (Bob), John Horoschak Jr. and Byron Stout (Melissa); his great-nieces, Lisa White (Jim) and Faith; and his nephews, Tom Stout, Eli and Jeff Stout (Jenn). He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews and loving family and friends.
