She was predeceased by: her husband Max LaFollette; and her former husband Mike Heffelfinger. She is survived by: her children, Steve LaFollette (Tina), Melissa James (Dave) and Becky Cairns (Mike); and her siblings, Jean Crook and Larry Kelley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Baptist Church Benevolent Fund in JoAnn's memory.
