She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Gurnish; and her grandmother June Gurnish. She is survived by: her mother Vickie Gurnish; her children, Lynsi Blakney (Vincent), Cathie Faris (Philip) and Michael Blakney (Loran); her grandchildren, Philip, Tommy, Alyx and Noah; her brother Joseph Gurnish II; her nieces, Amanda and Ashlee; and her great-nephews, Joseph, Josiah and Collin. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
