He was predeceased by: his father John Cummins; his former wife Rose Marie Cummins; and his sister Millie Lewis (Clarence "Red"). He is survived by: his wife Betty Santilli-Cummins; his daughters, Terri Fleming (John) and Connie Raskow (Bob); his grandchildren, Jamie (Jennifer), Jodie (Mike), Shannon (Keith), Michelle (Ryan) and Scott; and his great grandchildren, Kadence, Emersyn, Jonah, Luke, Brock, Parker, Olivia, Aiden, Charlotte, Jillian, Avery and Quinten.
