He is survived by: his brother Melvin Stines; his stepchildren, Brad Allison, James Allison, Ralph Allison, Carol Powers, Frances Newcomb and Glenda Bryant; and his close friend Roseanne Mobley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and many friends.
