He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma White and Jesse Wilbur White, Sr.; his daughters, Cydney Martin and Courtney Jones-Hunter; his grandson Ramon Fields; and his great grandchildren, Judah and Joseph Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Alyce "Peach" White; his children, Jonathan White, Camille White, Laurene Hopkins (Sharise) and Lawrence Hopkins (Torrie); his siblings, Kaire Leonard (late John), Janet Hollis (late Winferd), Alvin White and Patricia White; and his grandchildren, Alycia Hopkins, Alex Andrew, Michelle Beauford, Crystal Moss, Tristyn Archer, Mecca Hopkins, Jaymes Martin, Taylor Martin, Courtney Jones and La'Nyce Williams (Damarqio). He is also survived by great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, a baby on the way and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rhoden Memorial (1101 Palmetto Ave, Akron, OH 44306). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Mount Peace Cemetery (183 Aqueduct St, Akron, OH 44303).
