He was predeceased by: his parents, John Toth and Elizabeth Toth; and also Betty Conte. He is survived by: his son Jerry; his stepgrandson Parker; and his siblings, Madison, Alexis, Laci and John (Joyce). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
