He is survived by: his brothers, James (Christy) and Jeffrey Garber (Diane); his aunt Shirley Garber; his cousins, Karine Leary (Robert), Gary Billips (Shirley), Sylvia, Van (Anne), William (Lisa), Mark Garber (Patty) and Elena Velasquez; his brothers-in-law, Richard Vanaman and Kevin Baker (Shari); his nieces and nephews, Gregory, James Vanaman (Melanie), William (Michelle), Jason (Myra), Joshua Garber, Mary Jill Powell (Donavon), Elizabeth Cooper (Christopher) and Victoria Kaloplastos (Matthew); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kierstyn Williams (Nolan), Peightyn Powell, Sean (Emmy), Jonathan, Caleb, Isaac, David, Christopher, Jasmine, Mia, Jago Garber, Sarah Jennifer, Abigail, Daniel, John, Stephen, Nathan, Mary, Uriah, Judah, Samuel Vanaman, Lucie, Jameson Cooper and Beau Kaloplastos; and also, Baracaia, Lavender Garber, Paisley and Gabriella Williams.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cottage Grove Ec Church (3133 Cottage Grove Rd, Akron, OH 44319).
He enjoyed attending services at Cottage Grove Evangelical Congregational Church and Faith's Foundation Ministries in Akron whenever he could.
