He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Stranko and Walter Geist; and his sister Loretta Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Linda Geist (Gallagher); his children, Michael Geist (Elizabeth) and Meghan Geist; his grandsons, Alexander, Anthony and Jacob Geist; and also, Betsy and Glory.
