She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Clay and Polly Clay (Rice); and her sister Debra Manteghi. She is survived by: her daughter Jamila Cundiff (Dan); her grandchildren, Brody and Mara Cundiff; her sister Sherry Fogarty (Ed); her niece Katie Fogarty (Dave Crosby); her nephews, Patrick Fogarty (Julyan) and Amir Manteghi (Monica); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxson Fogarty, Camden Crosby, Teagan, London and Layla Fogarty. She is also survived by other loving aunts, cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (50 N Prospect St, Akron, OH 44304). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
