She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James W. Strayhand Sr. and Sirlena Strayhand; and her siblings, James Strayhand Jr. and Mattie Strayhand. She is survived by: her husband Willard P. Orr; her daughter Tresha Orr-Prim; her son-in-law Jerome Prim; her sisters, Patricia Fullard (Jasper Fullard), Glenda McGregor (Frederick), Ann Hudson and Sirlena Gooden (Clarence Gooden, Sr.); and her sister-in-law Norma Strayhand. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving extended family.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul AME Church (1250 S Hawkins Ave, Akron, OH 44320). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
