He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Perry (Jack) and James Mathias. He is survived by: his children, Amy Rooks (Jeff) and Brad Mathias; his stepmother Donna Mathias; his sister Melissa Meadows (David); his aunt Dolly Meuller; and his uncle Rich Venditti.
It was Jeff's wish that any memorial contributions be made to the Buckeye Council of the Boy Scouts of America or to the Northern Ohio Railway Museum.
