He is survived by: his mother Joyce Rockhold; his wife Cristan; his son Jett Rockhold; his stepdaughter Taylor McCarty; his brothers, Chris (Patty) and Tracy Rockhold (Crystal); his nieces and nephews, McKenna, Erik (Katie), Aaron, Ashleigh Rose Rockhold, Keira, Wyatt and Kallen; and his mother-in-law Paula "Nana" Loos.
