He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Underwood and Freda Underwood (Wander); his brothers, David Underwood and Craig Underwood; and his brother-in-law Bernie Barnhart.
He is survived by: his daughter Kayley Underwood; his sister Lisa Underwood Barnhart; his sister-in-law Julie Underwood Browning; his former wife Pam Underwood; and his close friend Jeff Tyner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
