He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Malcolm and Madge Malcolm (Wetzel); his former wife Susan; his son Justin; and his siblings, Bud, Charles, Eva, Betty, Sissy, Donald and Arley.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Diane Stevenson (Ken), Sally Greenwald (Doug) and Russ Malcolm (Nikki); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Chris), Cody (Rachael), Kristen (Greg), Kenny (Samantha), Kyle, Mark and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Brayden and Karie.
Those who wish may make memorial donations in Jim's name to the American Cancer Society.
