He was predeceased by: his parents, George Payerle and Mary Payerle; and his brother Michael Payerle. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, James (Jennifer), John and Marie; his stepchildren, Jeremy Straight and Katie Straight; and his siblings, Martha (Michael), Mary Banar (James), Stephen (Carolyn), Susan Palmer and Christine Hagenbaugh (Joseph). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to One of a Kind Pet Rescue in Akron due to his love for his cats, dogs and all animals.
