He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rex and Marian Rex; his siblings, Patricia Hoffmeyer, Linda Rex and David Rex; his wife Theresa Rex; and his granddaughter Macy Kobyluck.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Johnson; his children, Scott Rex, Kristen Kobyluck (Chad) and Tricia Tackett; his grandchildren, Chase, Cody Tackett, Andrew, Ethan, Jaxon Rex, McKayla, Kacie, Alyssa and Chloe Kobyluck; and his sister Ruth Rex.
