He was predeceased by: his son Mike. He is survived by: his friend Bill Maloy (Toyota); his children, Laurie Mellion of Massillon, James Kevin Fenwick of West Hollywood and Tim Fenwick (Linda) of Stow; his grandchildren, Mark Mellion (Amber), Dr. Kate Mellion, Ryan Mellion (Ryan Marie), Erin Fenwick, Kelly Fenwick and Scott Fenwick; his great grandchildren, Stephanie, Matthew and Blake Mellion; his siblings, Jane Urbanski, John Fenwick, Jude Fenwick and Joan McDonald; his close friend Margaret Painter; and also Maureen Harrison-Russell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Parkinson's Foundation (parkinsons.org) or the Kidney Foundation (kidneyfoundation.org).
