He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oliver and Ressie Oliver (Hammonds); his former wife Carol; his son James Jr.; his brothers, Tim, Clarence and George; and his sisters-in-law, Elsie, Bea and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his spouse Vicie; his daughters, Rebecca Cooper, Lori Oliver (Julie) and Pam Varga (Steve); his daughter-in-law Cindy; his grandchildren, Michael (Christina), Kelly (Harold), Alex, Nick (Amanda), Casey, Sean and Ellen; his great grandchildren, Ally, Noah and Carly; his brothers, Clyde and Johnny (Mary); and also Joe Burkhardt. He is also survived by step-children and step=grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wedgewood Building Fund or Southern Care Hospice.
