He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toomey and Josephine Toomey; his siblings, Patrick, John and Nancey Cole; and his stepdaughter Alisha Schlagenhauser.
He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Barbara Handerson and Jack Toomey (Stacey); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Billy, Michael Henderson, Tara Mancillia, Jack Jr. Toomey (Cheyenne) and Joseph Toomey; his siblings, Mike Toomey (Sandy), Marjorie Hurdt (Jack) and Kathy Kennedy; and his friend Joey Babos. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
