He was predeceased by: his daughters, Evelyn Scurry and Hakayla Scurry; his parents, Foster Scurry Sr. and Helena Scott; and his siblings, Regina Combs, Callie Minniefield, Estelle Mitchell, Evelyn Scurry, Lawrence Combs, Edward Combs, Foster Scurry and Glen Scurry.
He is survived by: his children, Hezekiah Scurry, Bianca Scurry, Celicia Wilson, Brittany Scurry and Callie Scipio.
