She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walker and Hazel Walker (Greenawalt); and her husband Lud L. Ward. She is survived by: her children, Paula Shaw (Clarence), Joyce Ward and Todd Ward (Lisa); her grandchildren, Andrew Ward, Todd Michael Ward (Hailey), Alison Edwards (Steven), Emily Conyers (Drew), Elizabeth Huffman (Joshua) and Ellyn Adley (Frank); her great grandchildren, Brody, Courtney Conyers, Noah, Hannah, Harrison, Greyson Huffman, Campbel, Finnegan Adley, Myles, Parker and Oakley Ward; and her sister Kathryn Lepley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Valley Community Church, 5700 Taylor Rd., Doylestown, OH 44230, in memory of Hazel Ward.
