He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Violet. He is survived by: his siblings, Harriet Lorentz (Fred) and Howard (Lydinne); his daughter Tammy Simpson (Mike); his former wife Nancy Smith; his granddaughters, Chelsea, Melody, Rachel and Autumn; and his great grandchild Ada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
